At Virtue Mental Health Studio, we believe therapy is an investment in your well-being. Session rates vary depending on the service. We accept insurance, private pay, and offer limited reduced-fee slots. Let's connect to explore your needs and find the best fit for your healing journey.
Out of pocket, deductible, and co-payments are due at the time of service.
Please call your insurance ahead of time to verify your behavioral health/mental health coverage.
Investing in your mental health is one of the most valuable commitments you can make. Let's find a plan that works for you.
Please email us at qutwilley@virtuementalhealth.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
I can provide you with a document called a Superbill. This is essentially an itemized receipt for your sessions, which you can submit to your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits. They may reimburse you for a portion of the session fee, depending on your plan. I can help you understand what information to provide to your insurance so you can find out if you're eligible for reimbursement.
If you'd like, I can send you a step-by-step guide on how to submit a superbill to your insurance company.
Before your first appointment, you will receive intake forms to complete through a secure client portal. It will cover personal information, medical and mental health history, consent for treatment, confidentiality and privacy policies, and insurance details (if applicable).
During your initial session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy, your presenting concerns, your challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. As you may know, therapy is not a one-size fits all, so we will spend time developing personalized treatment goals for your needs.
Virtue Mental Health Studio therapists can help with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relational issues, grief and loss, trauma, self-esteem, and more.
I require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to the full session fee.
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for your therapy services. This estimate provides a clear explanation of the expected costs of your mental health care, including the price per session and an estimated total for the year.
It’s designed to help you plan financially and avoid surprise bills.
Please note: Since therapy is a personal and evolving process, the number of sessions you attend can change based on your needs, preference, and goals. Your Good Faith Estimate is flexible and can be updated anytime.
No – all therapy sessions are held virtually via secure, HIPAA-compliant video. At Virtual Mental Health Studio, you can show up as you are, in a space that feels safe and comfortable for you. Whether it's your couch, your car, or your favorite park, therapy comes to you.
Absolutely. Everything we discuss in therapy is confidential, with a few exceptions required by law – such as concerns of harm to yourself or others, or cases of abuse. I'll review these exceptions with you in our first session and will provide you frequent reminders during our time together.
